Women’s Mental Health, Life Transitions & Finding Your Way

Life does not always unfold as we imagined. Changes in your health, career, relationships, or plans for a family can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and uncertain about the future.

At Aligned Souls Psychotherapy, I offer a compassionate Women’s Health Psychotherapy to process difficult experiences, reconnect with their needs, and explore new possibilities for meaning, connection, and love.

Women’s Health Psychotherapy: Navigating Life's Changes

Life changes can affect your emotional well-being, relationships, sense of identity, and future plans. Women’s health psychotherapy in Toronto offers a supportive space to process difficult experiences, understand your changing needs, and find a way forward that feels right for you.

Perimenopause and menopause can bring changes in how you feel about your body, relationships, sexuality, and identity. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed or questioning what you want from this next chapter. Together, we can explore your emotional experience, develop ways to navigate stress, strengthen boundaries, and make room for your changing needs.

Infertility, Pregnancy Loss & Reproductive Grief

Infertility, Pregnancy Loss & Reproductive Grief

Infertility, fertility treatments, and pregnancy loss can bring profound sadness, uncertainty, and isolation. These experiences may affect your relationship, your sense of identity, and the future you envisioned. You deserve a space where you do not have to hide your grief or feel pressured to stay positive. Therapy offers support as you process your experiences, navigate decisions, and explore what hope means for you.

Endometriosis & Ongoing Health Challenges

Living with endometriosis, pelvic pain, or other ongoing health concerns can affect your emotional well-being, intimacy, work, and everyday life. Alongside your medical care, psychotherapy offers space to explore the emotional impact of these experiences, communicate your needs, and find ways to feel more supported.

Career Transitions, Burnout & Finding Purpose

Career Transitions, Burnout & Finding Purpose

You may have built a successful career yet feel exhausted, unfulfilled, or unsure whether it still reflects who you are. Perhaps you are returning to work, changing direction, or seeking a healthier balance between earning a living and living meaningfully. Together, we can explore your strengths, values, and aspirations, work through fears about change, and identify practical steps toward a more fulfilling direction.

Rebuilding After Separation or Divorce

Rebuilding After Separation or Divorce

The end of a relationship can mean grieving more than a partner. It can also mean losing shared routines, a sense of security, and the future you imagined together. Therapy offers space to process grief, anger, loneliness, or relief without judgment. Our work can support you in rebuilding self-trust, strengthening boundaries, and discovering who you are in this next chapter.

Finding Hope in Love & Meaningful Connection

After heartbreak or disappointing relationships, it can feel difficult to believe that lasting love is still possible. You may long for a life partner or soulmate while feeling uncertain about how to open your heart again. Together, we can explore relationship patterns, clarify what you need in a partner, and strengthen your ability to recognize mutual respect, emotional availability, and shared values. The focus is on approaching connection with greater self-trust while creating a meaningful life in the present.

How We Can Work Together

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs, preferences, and goals. Depending on what brings you to therapy, our work may draw on:

  • Somatic approaches: Gentle awareness of bodily sensations and emotional responses to explore how you experience stress, boundaries, and connection.
  • Mindfulness-based approaches: Practices that support present-moment awareness and a more compassionate relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings.
  • Gottman-informed relationship work: Exploring communication, conflict, trust, and emotional connection, drawing on my Gottman Level 2 training.
  • Values and purpose exploration: Clarifying what matters to you and translating those insights into meaningful choices in your relationships, career, and everyday life.
  • Spiritually integrated psychotherapy: When spirituality is important to you, we can explore your beliefs, life purpose, and sources of hope within therapy, guided by your worldview.

I also offer Neuro Change Method coaching and optional holistic services, including Reiki and energy healing. These can be discussed separately, with clear distinctions between psychotherapy, coaching, and holistic services in Toronto, so you can make an informed choice.
